How to Clean a Memory Foam Pillow
Cleaning a memory foam pillow is simple, but not easy. If you have ever removed a memory foam pillow to find a film of urine on it, you’ll understand what I mean.
I have tried to clean myself and also tried my own test and the residue was not just urine. After two days of trying to clean my memory foam pillow by wiping it down with a dustpan, I finally took it to the local drug store and had it professionally cleaned.

Remember, it is a fragile material that is sensitive to dust and moisture. A damp cleaner will cause a lot of damage to the foam and the odor will be very annoying for you and your family.
So keep the dust out of the room where you are going to be cleaning. Make sure you put the dustpan in place at a spot that will be out of the way but still close enough to reach the memory foam pillow.
You may want to consider using a good double sided cleaning rag to make sure that the material is properly cleaned off the mattress and down the sides of the bed. The left over dirt and dust that go into the mattress will remain on the cleaning rag and you will not be able to clean the mattress properly.
You can also use dust pans in the bedroom in order to ensure that all of the dust that is stuck on the bedding is taken off before you begin cleaning. That way, you don’t have to spend time cleaning up the mess that has already been created by the previous cleaning attempt.
